You must be 21 years of age or older to enter the venue. Upon arrival, you will be asked to provide the credit card that you paid for the reservation with and your official identification. Kakes NYC reserves the right to deny entry to any party that does not provide matching identification and credit card that was used for the booking and payment of the Day Pass / Reservation. You understand that there is a risk of cross contamination when you order non-infused food and drinks and you accept sole responsibility for whatever you consume and the result of the consumption. You agree to hold Kakes NYC harmless for any Cannabis products and other items consumed, smoked or otherwise ingested, that were brought in by you or anyone in your party or anyone visiting Kakes NYC.

You understand that Kakes NYC (Kakez LLC) serves edibles and food that contain Cannabis, A Schedule I Controlled Substance under Federal law. Cannabis products may only be possessed or consumed by persons 21 years of age or older.

The intoxicating effects of Cannabis products may be delayed up to two hours. Cannabis use while pregnant or breastfeeding may be harmful. Consumption of Cannabis products impairs your ability to drive and operate machinery and it may cause impairment and may be habit forming. Please use extreme caution and consume responsibly.

By making a reservation at Kakes NYC and consuming anything at Kakes NYC you acknowledge that you are aware of the risks of consuming Cannabis infused products and you expressly and voluntarily accept those risks and you specifically release Kakes NYC, and its officers, directors, agents, and employees from any and all liability for any ill effects or injuries that you may suffer, whether such injuries be physical, emotional, or mental.

I hereby grant and authorize Kakes NYC the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all videos, pictures and media taken of me to be used in and/or for any advertising, promotion and digital presence for the purpose of continued promotions of Kakes NYC.

This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats and markets now known or later discovered.

This authorization shall continue indefinitely, unless I otherwise revoke this authorization in writing.

I waive the right to inspect or approve any finished product in which my likeness appears.

I agree that I have been compensated for this use of my likeness or have otherwise agreed to this release without being compensated. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the video.

I understand and agree that these materials shall become the property of Kakes NYC and will not be returned.

I hereby hold harmless and release Kakes NYC from all liability, petitions, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representative, executors, administrators, or any other persons may make while acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate.
